| What kind of domain names do you sell? |
| We sell all top level domains including .com, .net, .org, .ca, .tv and much more. |

| I want to buy a domain, how does it work. |
| Send us an offer. If your offer is accepted, you will be notified via email or phone and sent an electronic or hard copy document of the sale agreement. Once the transaction amount in received in our financial institution, the transfer process will be executed as per agreement. |

| What are the methods of payment you accept. |
| We accept Cash, Cheques (certified only), Bank Draft, Money Orders and Credit Card Payments. |

| Do you have a refund or exchange policy? |
| No, all sales are final. |

| Are your prices negotiable? |
| In some cases, Yes. But it totally depends on a domain name. Just for the record, we want to sell all our domains, as long as you have a reasonable offer. |
